Your Role

As a software developer at Saab Dynamics, you will play a vital role in building and developing our systems. You will have the opportunity to work in teams that focus on different areas - from systems and testing to development close to our algorithms. Regardless of the focus, collaboration is key, and you will be part of an environment where we learn from each other and grow together.

You will work in cross-functional, agile teams that are located both on-site and at various locations. Therefore, travel between Karlstad, Karlskoga, and Linköping is a natural part of the role. With us, you will be involved all the way - from design and implementation to testing and maintenance - contributing to creating solutions that truly make a difference.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating. We believe you thrive in an environment where knowledge is shared, new challenges are embraced, and smart solutions are found together.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in software development, preferably in languages such as C++ or Python
• Experience in design work and preferably also software architecture
• Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance
• Experience working in agile teams and a willingness to contribute to both the team's and your own development

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may entail requirements for certain citizenship.
